2006 Ford Mustang GT Premium RWD

You already know that we LOVE Mustang's as much as we love Vette's here, and the S-197 body style has got to be our favorite, so we go all over the country trying to find the nicest examples for you! We found this one in California, and let me tell you, it is a killer build!Originally built by Fitt's FORD in Riverside for a client that wanted Saleen power without all the flash of the S-281, the car spent the first two years of its life with the original owner. He passed away and left it to his son, who kept it and used it regularly for almost 9 years, then gave it to his nephew who has cared for it for almost 8 years.It was fit with the S-281 powertrain upgrades, including the 4.6L 3V V8 with Saleen Series VI integrated screw-type supercharger which puts out 435 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque, Saleen intake and fuel management, a complete Cervini front fascia, custom headlamps, side skirts, Saleen badging on grille and GT SuperCharged fender badges, and an upgraded exhaust system that still all remained California emissions compliant!It looks fantastic, and the Performance White finish really pops regardless of if its day or night. A Cervini ram-air hood with vents was added, along with a Cervini duckbill rear spoiler. It all looks amazing together and sets it apart from the pack. It has its share of minor blemishes like stone chips and scuffs from normal use, and the front fascia has curb damage on bottom as shown in pics, but overall it shows really well and gets a lot of attention when driving past. Custom 20-inch wheels are a recent addition and look fantastic on the car. They are wrapped in new Hankook 375/35R20 rubber at all four corners. Interior is super clean as well, and with the factory optional INTERIOR UPGRADE PACKAGE you get bright polished (6) gauge instrument cluster w/MyColor feature, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, bright shift knob and satin register vents, satin aluminum finish steering wheel spokes, satin aluminum finish door latches, satin aluminum finish door scuff plates, and Dark Charcoal Aberdeen pattern on front door panel inserts. The car had the SALEEN front buckets as well as the rear, but the father hated the way the center seam felt so he traded them back for the stock seats and the family can't locate them. Everything looks and works like new on the inside, and there are no odors, issues, scuffs, scrapes, stains, or seam pulls anywhere to be found. From the carpet to the headliner and door panel to door panel, it is exceptionally clean. The original SHAKER 1000 audio head unit was swapped out for a newer one with backup camera, XM sat radio, and Apple CarPlay capability too.It starts easily, idles with a clean and mellow rumble that is just louder than stock but not obnoxious. The car is ready to go when you are. Power comes on smooth and strong, and the 5-speed automatic almost makes it more fun to drive because the Supercharger feels more manageable with it when compared to the manual S-281's we have had over the years. Need more go-power? Just mash the pedal down and you've got it.
