2004 Ford Excursion Limited 4WD

Production run was a short for the Excursion ..Clearly not long enough for some. These have found themselves in a little of a cult following situation lately as there was never a successor to this behemoth. Popular science did an article on the Excursion in 2000 and listed it as the Biggest Sport Utility On The Planet and would be dubbed my many as the Fod Valdez! Well, with its size and engine configurations, they saw plenty of households that played together that required hauling of things like cars, horses, campers, motorcycles etc With plenty of room for the whole family and then some. This unit has just about 300K miles on the clock but you would not know it or feel it. Everything feels very tight and solid and this thing sounds good and pulls good. It has clearly been tuned, has a larger exhaust and larger Turbo. To the extent of the mechanicals done is unknown. The seller purchased the rig this way and was going to use it to haul a car trailer but plans have changed. There is some body imperfections as you could come to imagine with the age and mileage but nothing terrible. This rig starts right up, drives great, shifts and brakes nicely as well. The interior is in good condition with everything in proper working order. We welcome any questions or inspections here in our Traverse City location.
