2016 Porsche Cayman GT4

This 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 was converted into a race car by DeMan Motorsport, with over $100K in upgrades. The car is finished in Agate Gray Metallic and retains street lighting as well as a rear wing, side air intakes, revised front and rear bumper covers, GT4 badging, and central dual exhaust outlets. The GT4 utilized front suspension components from the 991.1 GT3 as well as a specially tuned multi-link rear setup, Porsche Stability Management, and Porsche Torque Vectoring. Porsche Racing spec KW adjustable suspension with remote-reservoir dampers have been installed. Braking is handled by four-wheel GiroDisc slotted rotors with red-painted Porsche-branded calipers. The cockpit has been stripped and fitted with a DeMan Motorsport cage along with OMP racing seats, OMP steering wheel, Schroth harnesses, Clubsport-style carbon fiber door panels, polycarbonate side windows, and a custom center stack. The car has been wired for a communication system, a video system, and a cool-shirt system, and it has a fire-suppression system as well. DeMan built the flat-six to displace 4.25 liters and upgraded it with their 718 intake kit as well as X51 camshafts and springs, currently rated at 545hp and 420 ft. lb. torque. The gearbox was overhauled with a Guard limited-slip differential, shortened 2-5 gear ratios, and a race-specification clutch and lightweight flywheel. Engine management is from a MoTeC system. The engine and gearbox have less than 24 hours of use since installation.
