What’s New for the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona
The Charger Daytona gains a new four-door model for 2026, and Dodge introduced new appearance packages. At the same time, Dodge plans to launch a gas-powered version of the car called SIXPACK late in 2025.
Design
The Charger Daytona has a familiar look for Dodge fans, as it’s pretty similar to its gas-powered predecessors. It features a unique pass-through hood with an air duct, an LED light bar in the front fascia, and a vague retro-inspired shape overall. Dodge offers a range of wheel choices, including black and chrome options.
Powertrain
Dodge cut the lower powertrain from the lineup, leaving the Scat Pack’s rowdy electric motors as the only option. The system provides 670 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque, delivering a 3.3-second 0-60 mph time, which matches the gas-powered Hellcat Redeye cars. Dodge claims an 11.5-second 0-60 mph time, and customers can add a Track Package that brings Brembo brakes, upgraded wheels, and adaptive suspension. The Charger Daytona also comes with a unique fratzonic exhaust system that creates a real exhaust note to simulate gas-powered sounds.

Interior
The Charger Daytona seats up to five people on standard synthetic leather and cloth upholstery. Full synthetic and genuine leathers are available. The front seats offer good support and padding, and there’s generous space for adults. Surprisingly, the back seat is nearly as spacious, even in two-door models, and can accommodate adults on longer trips without issue, though they can be difficult to access for some.
Technology
Dodge equips a standard 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. Other tech features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, Amazon Alexa functionality, voice controls, SiriusXM, HD radio, a nine-speaker Alpine audio system, and more. Buyers can upgrade with a larger digital gauge cluster, an 18-speaker Alpine stereo, and wireless charging. Dodge uses Stellantis’ Uconnect infotainment software, which gives it a responsive interface and a ton of great standard features.
