It’s the best-selling hybrid in the United States for good reason.
The RAV4 Hybrid offers a nearly perfect package of compact crossover attributes: Standard all-wheel drive, a roomy passenger compartment, and excellent fuel economy. It’s a pretty good value, too, with pricing starting at $29,470, which includes plenty of standard multimedia and safety features. It’s no wonder sales of the hybrid version of Toyota’s bestseller almost doubled in 2019.

What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid are very pleased with their purchase, highlighting its comfort, smooth ride, and impressive fuel efficiency as standout features. Many appreciate the spacious interior and good handling. However, some have pointed out that it lacks certain features like remote start and all-wheel drive capabilities that they expected, which were available in competitor models."
This vehicle has everything my husband wanted and more. The start up is so quiet you doubt yourself whether or not its on, but it is. The ride as a passenger is awesome. Driving this vehicle is like a dream come true as far as vehicles are concerned. Its fuel efficient. Its very roomy and sporty. My husband just absolutely loves his new 2020 RAV4 XSE Hybrid.
April 1, 2021Wonderful vehicle. Good value. Great lifespan and dependability.
September 9, 2020I purchased the Rav4 XSE. Ive only had the car for 5 days but I love it. It has a very smooth ride. The handling is tight. Very comfortable interior. The pickup is nice with plenty of room. The touchscreen radio/navigation system is easy to use. Over-all a great car. It doesnt get the gas mileage that I was told about but that is probably due to my driving. If I were very careful about my acceleration I would be doing better in that area. The panoramic moon roof doesnt open as far as Id like but I dont use that feature much. I chose this car over the 2020 Nissan Rogue and the 2020 Mazda CX-5.

July 10, 2020Love this car! So quiet but drives beautifully. It is a good value. I plan to drive it for a number of years. I might have added a sunroof and Homelink but not missing those features.
June 8, 2020fantastic comfort. good storage space and overall beautiful exterior look to the car the Limited version has all the bells & whistles we need and a few extra
October 26, 2021Nice looking SUV with good power and firm suspension. Handling was tight and cornered well. Seats were comfortable. Passenger seat appeared higher than drivers. Plenty of space for cargo. Excellent mileage (40 mpg). Ironically, the 2021 Rav4 Prime has more horsepower and the basic model will be about same price as a well-equipped 2020 Hybrid.
June 1, 2020Love this vehicle, Safety, Comfort, Visability,Storage all are amazing. Its great on Fuel as Hybrid would buy another one in a heartbeat. JD
June 14, 2024I test drive both the hybrid and non-hybrid model and the hybrid was surprisingly fun to drive and had felt like it had more power than the regular gas model.
August 1, 2020The only thing it didnt have thats desirable is a remote start.
February 5, 2021Handles ice and rugged terrain easily, visibility excellent, hybrid system works smotthly. Toyota ha steadily improved these models since 2017.
