The Cadillac Series 62 has what is believed to be the original AM radio, mohair interior and even the headliner appears to be original. Finding cars this original and in such good shape is not an easy thing to do and this one looks like it appeared out of a time warp. The vehicle's aesthetic is further enhanced by its classic hub caps and radial tires, all wrapped in wide white walls. In this 1949 Cadillac Series 62 you have a car that was revived not restored and by that i mean, the driveline was checked, plugs wires, etc under the hood replaced, new brake lines and shoes. New muffler. The current owner wanted a driver and did the necessity to be safe on the road, the rest he left as was including the bakelite steering wheel paint and interior. With this car a little soap and water and a new carpet will make a world of difference but that might be all I would change.
