IT IS AN 11 PASSENGER VAN AND THE SEATS AND SEAT BELTS WORK LIKE THEY SHOULD. IF YOU NEED A CHEAPER VAN TO HAUL PEOPLE AROUND THIS IS A GOOD ONE . IT IS DEPENDABLE AND DESCENT LOOKING.
