Dealer's description
The 2005 Nissan Frontier arrived like a reset button for midsize trucks - tougher, sharper, and finally built with the attitude to match its name. Riding on a fully boxed ladder frame borrowed from Nissan's larger Titan DNA, the Frontier felt less like a compact pickup and more like a scaled-down desert runner ready for mud, mountain trails, or a midnight hardware-store mission. Under the hood, the available 4.0-liter V6 gave it real muscle for the era: deep growl, strong low-end torque, and enough punch to make steep grades and towing feel effortless. The suspension struck that sweet spot between rugged and livable, soaking up washboard dirt roads while still feeling planted on the highway. And visually? Wide fenders, aggressive stance, chunky proportions - it looked like it meant business even parked. Inside, the 2005 Frontier blended utility with just enough modern comfort to feel ahead of older compact trucks. Big knobs, durable materials, straightforward controls! A negotiable documentary fee not to exceed $200 per vehicle sale may be charged by a dealer to recover administrative costs for collecting motor vehicle excise taxes, licensing and registration fees and other agency fees, verifying and clearing titles, transferring titles, perfecting, releasing, satisfying liens or other security interests, other administrative and documentary services rendered by a dealer in carrying out the requirements or any other provisions of state law.
