Dealer's description

Ardun Flathead V8 Steel-Bodied '32 Ford Pickup Brookville Chassis Quick-Change /// This 1932 Ford pickup is a thoughtfully executed hot rod that balances authenticity with real engineering. NSRA-invited, it starts with an original Henry Ford steel cab paired with a Brookville chassis, steel fenders, and boards, preserving correct proportions while benefiting from modern precision. Finished in deep red by ESP Motorcars and assembled by Original Tin Customs and Classics, the truck carries a dialed stance via SoCal suspension and made-to-order WheelSmith wheels. A handcrafted solid Sapele wood bed, sealed with penetrating epoxy and hinged for rear-end access, blends show-quality presentation with serviceability. Power comes from a Don Fergusonbuilt Ardun flathead V8, believed to be approximately 288ci, dyno tested at 303 horsepower and 287 lb-ft of torque at the crank. An automatic 4-speed, Winters quick-change rear with 3.78 gears, and period-correct brakes with front discs disguised as drums deliver modern drivability without sacrificing vintage appearance. Inside, Sewn Tight Interiors finished the cabin in rich leather, anchored by a custom Bubinga wood dash with Classic Instruments gauges, a custom console, and a leather-wrapped headliner. This is not a tribute or a loose interpretation. It is a properly executed 1932 Ford pickup built to be driven, inspected, and appreciated well beyond its era.
