The package also included a hi-performance camshaft and the dual-quad-specific intake and fueling hardware. Out back the car runs the factory 3.10 axle ratio the highway-friendly gearing that keeps the dual-quad 312 relaxed at cruising speed.The data plate decodes as a Dearborn-built car scheduled for January 11, 1957, originally finished in Gunmetal Gray with a matching Gunmetal Gray removable hardtop and a red and white pleated vinyl interior. It was the 76th Thunderbird shipped to the St. Louis sales district for the 1957 model year.
