Dealer's description

Show-Quality Frame-Off Restored 150 6.2L LS3 V8 5-speed Roadster Shop Chassis /// This 1957 Chevrolet 150 represents a high-level, show-quality reinterpretation of one of the most recognizable American automotive designs ever produced. Rather than leaning on nostalgia or visual excess, the build focuses on balance, finish, and real-world capability, respecting the original design while carefully modernizing every system beneath it. Completed in 2024, the car has been shown publicly just once and immediately recognized with an award, confirming both the quality of the execution and its readiness for continued presentation on the show circuit. Finished in PPG Quick Sand Beige, the exterior displays excellent panel fit and supported by extensive custom chrome work by Paul's Chrome Plating, including rear fin trim that was welded into a single piece, smoothed, and finished for a seamless appearance. A one-piece front bumper, smoothed rear bumper, and 19" front and 20" rear Schott Fuel wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires with a custom redline stripe complete a stance. Power comes from a 533-horsepower LS376 paired with an SST-upgraded Tremec TKO600 5-speed manual transmission and a Strange 9" rear axle, all built around a Roadster Shop RS Fast Track chassis featuring power rack-and-pinion steering, modern suspension geometry, Penske coilover shocks, sway bars, and Baer disc brakes. Inside, a custom red leather interior with Dakota Digital instrumentation, a Sparc Industries steering wheel on a tilting column, and discreet modern amenities reinforces that this is a finished and focused tri-five, built with the confidence to be shown with the best.
