The Ferrari Amalfi Spider is a high-performance luxury convertible introduced by Ferrari as the open-top variant of the Amalfi grand tourer. Designed as the successor to the Roma Spider, it blends elegant Italian styling with modern performance engineering. The car features a retractable fabric soft top that can open or close in about 13.5 seconds at speeds up to roughly 37 mph, allowing drivers to enjoy open-air driving without sacrificing practicality or trunk space. Its design retains the coupe's sleek proportions, long hood, sculpted fenders, and aerodynamic elements such as an adaptive rear spoiler, giving the Spider both visual drama and improved stability at high speeds.

Powering the Amalfi Spider is a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing about 631 horsepower, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that sends power to the rear wheels. Despite the added weight of the convertible roof structure, the car can accelerate from 0--62 mph in about 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed close to 199 mph. Inside, the cabin features a modern driver-focused layout with digital displays, a central touchscreen, and physical controls for improved usability. Advanced systems such as brake-by-wire technology and Ferrari's Side Slip Control help enhance handling, making the Amalfi Spider both a refined grand tourer and a thrilling performance car.
