Dealer's description
2019 McLaren Senna Orange *FULL PPF* Clean CARFAX. Unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the McLaren Senna joined the P1 and F1 as the crown jewel in the marques revered Ultimate Series. Named in homage to the legendary Ayrton Senna, whose three Formula One World Championships with McLaren from 1988 to 1993 forever etched his name into the annals of motorsport history, the Senna was conceived with a singular and uncompromising goal: to deliver the most track-focused road car McLaren had ever created. In contrast to the hybrid P1, the Senna relies solely on a modified 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8code-named M840TRdelivering 789 horsepower. It features dry-sump lubrication, lightweight forged components, and ultra-low-inertia, twin-scroll turbochargers with electronic wastegates for instant throttle response. Air is fed to the engine through a bespoke carbon-fiber intake plenum and roof-mounted snorkel. The true brilliance of the McLaren Senna, however, lies in its exceptional chassis and revolutionary active aerodynamics. A substantial raised splitter and dynamic winglets at the front direct airflow under the body, while warm air from the radiators is funneled over the roof and channeled across the enormous active rear wing. Hydraulically controlled, this wing continuously adjusts to optimize downforce, function as an air brake, or minimize drag. At 155 mph, the Senna generates an astonishing 1,700 pounds of downforce, a 40 percent improvement over the P1. Formula One-inspired Brembo carbon brakes with integrated cooling vanes deliver exceptional stopping power, enabling the Senna to halt from 124 mph in just 100 meters, a new benchmark for production cars. The Sennas performance is nothing short of extraordinary: It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in a blistering 2.8 seconds, reaches 124 mph in just 6.8 seconds, and boasts a dry weight of just over 2,600 pounds, delivering an astonishing power-to-weight ratio of 598 horsepower per US ton. The 64th of just 500 examples constructed, this Senna met its first caretaker via McLaren of Beverly Hills, California. Cloaked in Mira Orange with Burton Blue accents over Carbon Black Alcantara trim, the Senna wears over $50,000 in added McLaren Special Operations (MSO) equipment, including doors with Gorilla Glass, bespoke headrests and sill panels, Bowers & Wilkins Seven Speaker Audio System, and more than $22,000 in Burton Blue accents, as seen on the brake calipers, wheel centers, active aero elements, and gas door struts. This magnificent livery is further complimented by ultra-light nine-spoke wheels in Dark Stealth, touring-sized seats, a Dark Stealth exhaust heatshield, and parking sensors with rear-facing camera. All told, the cars impressive options package pushed its manufacturer-suggested retail price to a breathtaking $1,011,742. Importantly, the cars service history is as impeccable as its specification, with accompanying invoices documenting regular scheduled maintenance and diagnostic testing by McLaren San Francisco throughout its short life. In an era where extreme performance is increasingly driven by hybridization and electric power, the McLaren Senna stands apartamong the last of the true, conventionally powered hypercars. This exceptional example, further distinguished by its low mileage and enviable specification, offers not only the thrilling promise of track-day dominance but also an assured invitation to prestigious automotive gatherings the world over.
