A standout piece of Mopar history, this 1966 Plymouth Barracuda Formula S represents the birth of the pony car era with unmistakable style and performance. Finished in a clean White with a bold black racing stripe over a striking White Leather interior, this Barracuda features the iconic fastback body lines that defined the model. Most notable is the massive, wraparound panoramic rear glass, a feat of 1960s engineering that is nearly impossible to find today and remains one of the largest pieces of glass ever installed on a production car. Under the hood, this Formula S is powered by the legendary 273 CID V8 engine, a high revving small block that gave the Barracuda its muscle car credentials, paired here with a smooth 3 speed automatic transmission. While the factory gauges are currently inoperative and will need some attention to return to full functionality, a triple set of aftermarket gauges has been neatly installed below the dash to accurately display the engine vitals.
