Originally designed by the renowned automotive designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, who was named Car Designer of the Century in 1999 and inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame in 2002. His design work spans across the automotive industry from manufactures such as Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Bugatti, Ferrari, Fiat, Lamborghini, Porsche and Maserati, just to name a few. Giugiaro is also known for the DMC DeLorean, featured in the movie Back to the Future. The Lotus Esprit marked the brand's serious effort to produce a high-performance supercar capable of competing with leading brands such as Ferrari and Porsche. Only 13k miles and one of the nicest examples we've ever seen. Pride of ownership by the previous owners, who spent countless hours polishing and prepping the Esprit for the many car shows for which she entered. Sold new in Chicago, Illinois and purchased by the second owner out of Kirkland, Washington. She spent the last 20 years up in the beautiful Skagit Valley.
