THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION FOR THE METROPOLITAN. THIS CAR JUST WENT THROUGH A $12,000 MECHANICAL RESORATION ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, BRAKES, TIE RODS, ETC. IT WAS DONE BY METRO PIT STOP IN LA. THE MOST HIGHLY RATED SHOP THAT DOES METRO RESTORATIONS. IT DRIVES GREAT, GETS 30 MPG AND MORE SMILES AND WAVES THAN A NEW FERRARI. OWNER SAYS I KNOW I AM LOSING MONEY, BUT HE HAS TO GET RID OF IT.
