The car has undergone a comprehensive restoration to return it to the condition it was in prior to the shooting and has recently received a fresh coat of paint. There is a small exterior indentation believed to correspond with one of the bullet impact points, though it is subtle and difficult to distinguish. The wheels have been correctly replaced with the same style fitted to the vehicle at the time of the shooting. The shooting occurred on September 7, 1996, at approximately 11:15 p.m. Pacific Time, when the vehicle carrying Shakur and Knight stopped at a red light at East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane. Shakur was struck by four .40-caliber rounds fired from a Glock handgun. The new owner will receive documentation verifying the vehicle's ownership and historical provenance. While the car has had multiple owners since the incident, the most recent ownership commissioned the full restoration referenced above. The vehicle is currently on display in the Celebrity Cars Las Vegas showroom and is available for purchase.
