How much does the 2016 Lincoln Navigator cost?

There are 286 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2016 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — the 2016 Lincoln Navigator earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its powerful engine, spacious interior, and high-quality features, and the overview also highlights its upscale cabin and strong performance. If you want a large luxury SUV with real presence and room for people and cargo, this model year fits that use case well. With 30.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2016 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback emphasizes that owners appreciate the Navigator’s powerful engine, spacious interior, and high-quality features, with no major dislikes standing out in the summary. That kind of feedback suggests a vehicle that many owners feel good about living with over time. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about owner sentiment and more about making sure a large, older luxury SUV has been maintained carefully.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Lincoln Navigator?

At 60.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from ones with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of past repairs. Because this is a large luxury SUV, you should focus on overall condition and maintenance quality rather than price alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Lincoln Navigator?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 286 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.68% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $14,043, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $14,372 sits slightly below last year's $15,078.

That softer pricing suggests the market has moved in buyers’ favor, which can limit how much value you recover if you sell soon after buying. On the other hand, it also means your entry price is lower than it was a year ago, which can help if you plan to keep the vehicle for a while. For future resale, condition and maintenance history will matter a lot, especially in a luxury SUV segment where buyers expect a clean, well-kept example.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and current market availability, the 2016 is the primary year to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can still compare nearby years, but the 2016 gives you a strong mix of value and buyer appeal.
